Here is a list of bloggers who have disabled the "NoFollow" on their blogs, thereby enabling the search engines to track links within the comment section of blogs.
This means that if you comment on a blog that has disabled the "NoFollow" on their blog, the search engines will track the link back to YOUR site, making it a win-win for BOTH blogs.
